Precision Welding & Spot Welding

While Progressive Manufacturing, Inc. does some MIG (metal inert gas) welding, 90% of what we do is TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding, a labor-intensive process that we find produces better and more consistent welds. The two-handed TIG welding requires a high level of expertise, and it takes a little longer, but the resulting welds will hold for a lifetime. TIG welding is especially important for smaller welds that have to be precise and perfect.

We have three manual welding stations, as well as a plasma robotic welding system. The fasteners are inserted under hydraulic pressure.
